Ann L. Kuth, age 91, of Dayton, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014 at Grafton Oaks. She was born July 13, 1923 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late, Maurice and Margaret Adams.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her Husband, Gene Kuth and Son, Harold Shaw, Jr.
Ann is survived by her Son, John Shaw; two Grandsons, Brian E. (Shirley) Shaw and Douglas (Kelly) Shaw; Sister, Charlotte Strausbaugh and other family and friends.
The family would like to express there gratitude to Grafton Oaks Nursing Home and Crossroads Hospice for taking excellent care of Ann.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH 45409.
