Ann Elaine Buehler-Spatz

Ann Elaine Buehler-Spatz passed away peacefully on August 12, 2015 under the care of Hospice of Dayton at Kingston of Miamisburg nursing home. Ann was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 3, 1933, attended St. Anthony's Grade School, and graduated from Julienne High School in 1951.

Ann is survived by her former husband Eugene Spatz and their 8 children: daughter Cathy and her husband Dave Johnson, Luther, OK; son Steve Spatz and his wife Sheila, Greeneville, TN; son David Spatz and his wife Faith, Ormond Beach, FL; daughter Donna and her husband Ralph Knipp, Greenville, OH; son Thomas Spatz and his wife Lisa, Trotwood, OH; daughter Julie and her husband Alan Emerson, Liberty, TN; son James Spatz and his wife Kammy, Greenville, OH; and daughter Carol and her husband Bob Erisman, Miamisburg, OH. Ann is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Esther and Cyril Buehler Sr.; siblings Cyril Buehler Jr., Kenneth Buehler, James Buehler, and Elizabeth Ransom; and granddaughter Tiffany Spatz.

Ann was retired from Elder Beerman.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
