Angela D. Long, age 50 of Franklin, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 at her residence. She was born December 11, 1964 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of George and Lily Ann Pate. She was a warehouse worker for Bon Ton for 6 months. Angela attended First Baptist Church in Franklin.
Angela is survived by her mother, Lily Ann Pate of Franklin; a son, David Christian Long of Middletown; a daughter, Alicia Nicole Long of Dayton; a sister, Brenda Bond of Franklin; a brother, Jimmy Pate of Miamisburg; and grandchildren, Brooklyn and Kaylynn. She is also survived by numerous family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father George E. Pate and a son, Michael Joseph Long.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday February 7, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
