Andrew J. "Andy" Yates, age 55, of New Carlisle, passed away February 26, 2023. He was born July 18, 1967 in Springfield, Ohio. Andy was preceded in death by his mother, Barbie Troutman.
Andy is survived by his father and step-mother: Dennis and Brenda Yates; step-father, Byron Troutman; brother, Ryan Yates; sister, Marlena Yates; other family members and friends.
