Smith, Amy, age 27, of Beavercreek, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her parents, Mark and Karen(nee Mersch) Smith of Beavercreek; her 2 sisters, Jessica and Courtney Smith; her grandfather, Bob Smith of Camden,AR; her aunt, Janet Rader of Little Rock, AR; her soulmate , Mike Patak of Beavercreek; and her many wonderful friends. Visitation 6-9pm Tuesday, October 16,2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will be said Wednesday 10am at St. Luke Church, 1440 N. Fairfield Rd. Beavercreek.
