GUNTER, Amos age 72 of Riverside passed away January 23, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Delphia Gunter; son, Christopher Shawn Gosnell; brothers, Oakley, Clarence, Glenwood, Carl, and Paul.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Dolly Gunter; seven children, Geneva (Bill) Lee, Jerry Gosnell, Timothy (Cindy) Gosnell, Roy Gosnell, David (Tina) Gunter, Rodney Gunter, and Tracy Gunter; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews; and a special mention of JC Gunter.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – North, 4104 Needmore Rd. Interment to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, January 27, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
