Domi, Amedeo Jr., age 83, of Miami Township, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012. He was born January 1, 1929 in Sabine, West Virginia to the late Amedeo Sr. & Mary (Codispot) Domi. He served in the United States Air Force and retired in 1969 with 22 ½ years of faithful service. He then retired from General Motors with 22 years of service.
He is survived by his children: Ramona (Stan) Bright, Pamela (Scott) Gillette, Mark (Jill) Domi, Angela (Ronald) Bolender; grandchildren: Jamie (Tim), Dustin (Becki), Eric (Windy), Michelle, Kyle and Ashley; great grandchildren: Taylor, Brayden, Briell; sister: Gloria (Sonny) Herbert; brothers: James Domi, Ron (EvaDee) Domi, Larry (Cindy) Domi, Jerry (Linda) Domi, Gary (Christina) Domi; sister-in-law: Ann Domi; brother-in-law: Charles Agnor; and numerous other family members and friends. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years: Delorse J. Domi; brother: Doug Domi and sister: Loretta Agnor.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment with military honors will follow the service at David's Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
