Aloysius G. Kuntz, affectionately known as "Al," passed away peacefully on November , 2024 in Miamisburg, Ohio. Born on April 7, 1940, in Dayton, he was a beloved member of the community and a dedicated family man whose life was characterized by kindness, love, and a nurturing spirit.

Al’s career as a printer with LM Berry allowed him to blend his work ethic with his creative talents, leaving a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of working alongside him. A graduate of Fenwick High School, he carried the lessons from his education throughout his life, shaping his values of integrity and hard work.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, a service that underscored his commitment to his country and community. Al's zest for life was evident in the way he cherished moments with friends and family. He found joy in fishing, collecting antiques, reading, bowling. Al was also known for his lively spirit, especially when he shared a dance with his late wife, Ruthie, performing the jitterbug to "Rockin’ Robin."

Family was the cornerstone of Al’s life, and he took great pride in keeping his large family close. He is survived by his daughters, Anita (Tony) Jones and Mindy (Jay) Shores; his grandchildren, Brittany (John) Ravestein, Chelsea (Ryan) Satchell, Tyler Shores, and Alyssa Shores; and his great-grandchildren, Logan, Elliott, Samuel, Kiley, Henry, and Scarlett; and his sister, Betty (Paul) Presta.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruthie Kuntz; his parents, Aloysius and Mary Ann Kuntz; his brothers, Jim (Carla) Kuntz and Tony Kuntz; and his sister, Rosie.

Visitation for Al Kuntz will be held on November 26, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Henry Church, located at 6696 N Springboro Pike in Dayton, Ohio. Following the visitation, a Mass will be celebrated at the same location from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, allowing family and friends to gather in memory of this remarkable man.

Al's legacy of love, kindness, and camaraderie will live on through the many lives he touched. His warm spirit and affectionate nature will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
