Regensburger, Aloysius Peter "Al", age 81, of Kettering, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014. Al was born November 15, 1932 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Aloysius & Mary (Dolan) Regensburger.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Helen Danner Regensburger; brother: Bill Regensburger; and brothers-in-law: John Brosnan & Ed Wissing.
He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law: Phyllis (Joe) Rizzo, Joanne (Michael) Callahan, Linda Young & Susan Flowers; grandchildren: Anthony (Amy), Nicholas, Dylan, Jordan & Katie; great grandchildren: Madison & Taylor; brother: Jack (Rita) Regensburger; sisters: Ginny Brosnan and Mary Wissing; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Dr., Kettering. Interment will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either: The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, 9480 N. DeMazenod Dr., Belleville, IL 62223 or Dayton Right to Life, 425 N. Findlay St. Dayton, Ohio. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel.
