Alma L.Heatherly, age 90, of West Carrollton (formerly of Clarksville, TN) passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Alma was born October 18, 1924 in Stewart County, TN to the late Hilary and Bessie LeGate. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth C. Heatherly, and older sister, Eva West.

Alma is survived by son, Jerry (Ann) Heatherly of Mason; daughter, Brenda (Richard) North of Moraine; grandchildren, Lauren, Jeremy, Jordan, and Emily; brothers, Hymon LeGate and John R. LeGate; sisters, Louise Hoffman, and Florence Marion, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was a member of the West Carrollton Church of the Nazarene. Alma retired as a Quality Inspector from Frigidaire/General Motors.

A funeral service will be held at West Carrollton Church of the Nazarene 550 S. Elm St., West Carrollton, OH, with Rev. Harry Stewart officiating, on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 3930 Kettering Blvd.
