Allan Miller

Allan W. Miller, age 76 of Centerville, passed away October 17, 2015 at home. He was born August 12, 1939 in Dayton to the late Wayne and Esther Miller. In addition to his parents, Allan was preceded in death by his son, Chris Miller.

Allan is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lois Vergamini Miller; children: Julie (Mark) Nunery, Susan (Bill) Idle and Dave (Stacey) Miller; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; 2 brothers; 1 sister; other extended family and friends.

Allan retired from General Motors after 34 years of service. Following his retirement from GM, he spent 15 years as a counselor at Miami Valley Hospital.

Visitation will be held from 5:30-8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Allan's memory to a charity of your choice.
