Age 29, of Huber Heights, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 31, 2009. Alicia was born October 27, 1979 in Dayton, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, August & Carol Garner and grandfather, Hal J. Reaves. Alicia is survived by her mother, Dianne Garner-Myers; father, Albert (Lizett) Myers; children, Shawn Montgomery and Krystiania Valentine; fiancé, Justin Thomas; grandmother, Glenzetta Reaves; sisters, Jessica Myers and Jacquelyn (Alexander) Moore; brother, David Hecker; nephews, Owen Myers and Alexander Moore, Jr.; nieces, Jasmine Myers, Justice and Tasha Moore; aunts, Sharon (Darryl) Hardern, Diedre (Kimball) Larkins, Loribeth Robinson and Kathleen (Dean) Johnson; uncles, August Garner, Jr., Richard (Kay) Garner, Timothy Reaves and Greg Reaves; cousins, "Aunt" Sandra (William) Morgan, Krista (Shawn) Jones, Bridget Jones, Christopher (Erin) Morgan, Tommi Morgan, Denise Garner, Micheal Garner, Ryan Johnson, Dava Robinson, Nicolette Johnson, Carol Hardern, Bryce Johnson, Christopher Reaves, Chelsea Dawson, Larissa Reaves, Garrison Reaves, Jocelyn Reaves and Autumn Reaves; and by numerous other family & friends. Alicia attended Wayne High School. She enjoyed spending time with her children & friends along with reading, journaling and music. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 7, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 6, and from10:00-11:00 a.m., Friday, prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
