Alice E. Reasoner
January 2, 1930 — November 21, 2019
Alice E. Reasoner, age 89 of Riverside, reunited with her beloved husband of 71 years, Richard C. Reasoner on November 21, 2019. She was born on January 2, 1930 in Dayton, OH to the late Elmer and Myrtle (Gartner) Rike. In addition to her husband and parents, Alice was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Tackett.
She is survived by her three children, Dennis (Julia) Reasoner, Don (Lori) Reasoner and Sandra Whitehead; grandchildren, Robin (Todd) Barrett, A.J. (Carmella) Whitehead, Lindsey (Mark) Downing, Brett Reasoner, Brittany Reasoner and Tyler Reasoner; great-grandchildren, Evan, Ross and Nicholas Barrett, Jacob and Graham Whitehead, Max Downing and Brianne Reasoner. She was also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Alice was an avid card player with her friends. She enjoyed spending time by the pool, no matter what the weather! Richard and Alice never missed any of their grandkids sporting events and always had words of advice for them. They both also rooted for the Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 11 AM to 12 PM at Newcomer Centerville Chapel, 820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, OH 45459.
