Age 93, of Fairborn, went home to be with Jesus and his wife, Monday, May 14, 2007, at Wright Nursing Home. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Emma Jenkins, in 2004; and by many other loved ones. Alden is survived by six sons, four daughters, four daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, and by numerous grand, great grand, and great great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. Alden was a member of New Beginnings Church of God in Huber Heights. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery.
