SHARPE, Alberta Guinevere "Guin", age 80, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
Guin was born November 19, 1932, in Paint Lick, KY. She was preceded in death by her mother Mollie A. Bowling, father Cecil Wells and sister Peggy Braun. Guin is survived by her husband of 60 years, Carl, two daughters, Avis and Regina Sharpe; four grandchildren, Emily, Morgan, Carley and Chase; three great-grandchildren Cameron, Caroline and Charlotte.
While on earth she, without exception, put the needs of others ahead of her own; She loved unconditionally. While she will be deeply missed by her friends and family here, we rejoice in knowing that her suffering is over, and she has been reunited with her Mom, "Buddy," and Jesus in Heaven.
The family would like to thank and express sincere gratitude for the care that Guin received as a patient on the Pulmonary Unit at MiamiValley Hospital and also during her final days at Hospice of Dayton. If desired, donations can be made in memory of Guin to the Hospice Of Dayton.
A memorial service will be held on Friday December 14, 2012 starting at 7pm at the Fairhaven Church.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
