Alberta May Moore

MOORE, Alberta M., age 70, passed away Monday, December 15, 2008. Neighborhood hero, many knew her as the "Candy Lady". Preceded by her husband, Sylvester Moore, Jr., son, Christopher Lynn Moore, and 2 siblings. Survived by 2 siblings, 2 children, Evonne and Bryan, 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and numerous other loved ones. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
