Albert L. Casanova, Jr.
Age 64 of Huber Heights, passed away suddenly on April 27, 2006.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert & Edith; brother, Paul; sister, Faye.
Survivors include, the mother of his children, Carolyn; daughter, Terina (& Corey Buchanan) Casanova; son, Colton (& Tessie Dugan) Casanova; grandson, Andrew; and extended family and friends.
As a former race car driver; Albert enjoyed many types of racing. In 2003 he started the Jr. Dragster Rookie-of-the-Year program at Kil-Kare Dragway. Albert will also be remembered by his friends and neighbors as a true friend who could make them laugh and often served as the local "taxi-driver" for those in need of a ride.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer that donations be made to them to assist with funeral expenses.
