Age 51 of Huber Heights, went home to be with Jesus Tuesday, July 18, 2006.
He was born May 15, 1955 to Ray J. Weaver Jr. and Marilyn (Lee) Weaver of Dayton. Alan married his beloved wife Karen (Meade) Aug. 12, 1978.
In addition to his father Alan was preceded in death by his father-in-law Billy Meade.
He is survived by his wife, children: Becky (Matthew) Cox, Ken Weaver and Daniel Weaver; one grandson Aidan Matthew Cox; his mother; brother and sister-in-law Kent (Crista) Weaver of Beavercreek; his mother-in-law Ella Meade of Fairborn; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Rick (Sharene) Meade of Fairborn, Frank (Lisa) Meade of Centerville, Brenda Elliott of Washington Twp, and Carol (Dave) Allen of Bellbrook, numerous neices, nephews and other relatives.
A tremendous thank-you is extended to the caregivers at Patriot Ridge Care Center in Fairborn for the love and tenderness you showed Alan.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. on Saturday, July 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer that memorial gifts may be made to your favorite Christian ministry or to the Residents Fund at Patriot Ridge, 789 Stoneybrook Trail, Fairborn, Ohio 45324.
