Aileen (Walker) Lewis, age 87, of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away July 2, 2022. She was born in Bruin, KY, on June 22, 1935 to the late Wayne Walker and Mary Alice Gillum. In addition to her parents, Aileen was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson Lewis.
Aileen is survived by her son, Don (Jenny) Lewis; grandchildren: Joshua Roy Lewis and Justin Taylor (Megan) Lewis; and many relatives and friends. Aileen retired from Miami Valley Hospital. She was an accomplished seamstress and was also a member of the North Dayton First Church of God. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Miami Valley Hospital Foundation.
Private graveside services will be held for the family at Forest Hills Memorial Park where Aileen will be laid to rest next to her husband.
