Agia K. Warwar, age 91, of Dayton, went home to be the Lord on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
Agia was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil on March 2, 1927 to the late Fares & Alice Kehdi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nimer Warwar, and brother, Jacob Kehdi.
Agia is survived by her children, Marcus (Lora) Warwar, Grace (Dan) Bridges, and Audrey (Jim) McGuire; grandchildren, Jennifer McGuire, Christine (Tyler) Baratko, Zachary Gilbert, James McGuire, Marissa (Spenser White) Warwar-White, Rachel Gilbert, and Grant Gilbert; great grandchildren, Ryker and Ella Baratko; numerous nieces and nephews-both here and in Brazil.
Foremost she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Agia took the love she had for her family and applied it to her nursing home aide career of 20 years.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 6-8pm at Newcomer South Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 10am at Calvary Cemetery's Chapel, where she will be laid to rest.
