Adrian L. Faulkner

Adrian L. Faulkner, of Kettering, passed away March 14, 2019.
Adrian was born in Chipley, Georgia on May 19th, 1939 to Lora and Olin Chapman.
Adrian grew up in Pine Mt. Valley, GA. She was the ninth of ten children. She graduated from Harris County High School where she played basketball. After high school she worked at CB&T bank in Columbus, GA. She met her husband, Tom who was stationed at Ft. Benning. They married on January 12, 1963 in Pine Mt. Valley. They settled in Dayton, Ohio for 56 years.
After having 3 children she dedicated her life to raising them and taking care of her husband. Adrian enjoyed bowling, playing cards, cooking, gardening, teaching 1st grade Sunday School, and spending time with family and friends.
Adrian loved the Lord and accepted Jesus at a young age. She was a faithful servant for the Lord and shared her faith freely. God filled her heart with love for others. She was generous, sacrificial and a great example to everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Faulkner; daughter, Wendy Camplin, daughter, Marlo Edwards, son, Thomas R. Faulkner, and 8 grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428, Shelter "B".
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 8069 Washington Village Dr., Dayton, OH 45458, in Adrian's memory.
