Adelia Pauline Arkenberg

ARKENBERG, Adelia "Dee", 89 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020. Adelia was born November 11, 1930 to Ernest and Madeline (Hunker) Coehick who precede her in death, also preceding her is her brother Robert Coehick.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 50 years, Robert Arkenberg, daughter Diane (Jack) Clear and their children Amie (Darin) Nicol, Jason (Heidi) Clear, 3 sons Steven (Lori) Hirschfeld and their children Heather (Rob) Schwinderman, Tiffany (Mike) Davis, Tyler (Mindy) Hirschfeld, Morgan Hirschfeld; Richard (Cathy) Hirschfield and their children Christi (Jeff) Scott, Jennifer (Dave) Gaston; David (Sharon) Hirschfeld and their children Alicia (Greg) Seifring, Jamie (Mike) Heitbrink; numerous great-grandchildren. Special friend Jeannette Goodrich, her poker friends and many other special friends, beloved dog Abby.

She loved playing poker and bingo. She loved being with her children and grandchildren especially Christmas which was her favorite time of year.

There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends, Sunday, June 14, 2020 at NEWCOMER CREMATIONS, FUNERALS & RECEPTIONS, Dayton North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, starting at 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Dee's life at 4:30 pm.
