Adam was a kind hearted soul with a gentle, loving spirit and a great sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Ann Flajole, and his twin sister, Alexis Jane Witt.
Adam is survived by his sister, Angie Flajole; niece, Marie Johnson; and nephew, Jimmy Johnson.
