OGAN, (Cummins) Ada Marie, of Germantown passed away Tuesday December 20, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Born November 5, 1955. She is survived by her husband Lewis; children Brian (Kelly) Amburgey, of Farmersville, and Ben (Jennifer) Amburgey, of West Carrollton; stepson Aaron Ogan, of Germantown; mother Wanda Cummins, of Carlisle; father Orval (Mary Ann) Cummins, of Cookeville, TN; siblings Linda (Greg) Fogle, Bill Cummins, of Miamisburg, and Jeff (Linda) Cummins, of Farmersville; grandsons Blake and Ashton Amburgey; several nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
