Abby Hazen, 54, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on May 15, 2012, at Good Samaritan Hospital, after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Treva and Dale Fourman.
She leaves behind her husband, David Hazen; son, Randy (Colleen) Smith of West Carrolton, Ohio; mother, Phyllis Horton of Huber Heights; brother, Al (Barbara) Horton of Lompoc, California; niece, Amber Horton of San Diego, California; nephew, Dustin (Noemi) Mitzel and their son, Nicholas of San Francisco, California.
Mrs. Hazen will be cremated and there will be no viewing. Family, neighbors and close friends may join David at his home on Friday afternoon, May 18, 2012 from 3-5 pm for a brief informal memorial service. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road.
