Richard H. Palmer

Richard Henry Palmer, 69, of West Carrollton, passed away on June 27, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on December 17, 1948 to Frank and Madonna Palmer in Dayton, OH. Richard was an Air Force veteran and later worked as a Welder for Delphi for 30 years. On September 28, 1974, he married Donna Palmer (Brown) and they made West Carrollton their home. Richard is survived by his loving Wife, Donna; Children, Angie, Dan (Michelle), and Amy; 11 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; Siblings, Frank, Mike, Joe, Pat, Mary Evelyn, and Rozanne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brother, Bill. Arrangements in the care of Newcomer in Kettering.
