Linda Cochran, age 68, passed away on August 5th, 2013.
She is survived by her husband, Ron "Pete" Cochran, brothers, James (Sandy) Norman of SC, Stephen Norman of Prague, Keith (Susie) Norman of OR, John (Diane) Norman of OH, Greg Norman of CA, son, Andy (Ann) Brown, daughter, Julie (Andy) Rockefeller, son, Devon Cochran, daughter, Melissa (Gary) Smith, daughter, Christina Smith, daughter, Pamela (Doug) Garrett, 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, & numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a loving wife, mother & grandmother. With a lifelong love of learning, she was an educator of elementary school children. She loved flowers and gardening, loved to travel, and loved her many friends, old & new. She always put others first. She was especially dedicated to the Red Hats Club & The Noble Circle, a cancer survivor group.
She will be missed and remembered always.
The Memorial Mass will be Friday, August 9th, at 10:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi on Wilmington Pike, in Kettering, OH, followed by a reception luncheon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda's name to the American Cancer Society.
