Joseph Lipich

Lipich, Joseph "Joe" age 71, of Kettering, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019. He was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on June 28, 1948 to the late Joseph Lipich and Mary Rose Moffett (nee Nichol).
He was preceded in death by his sons, Joseph Lipich, III and Douglas Lipich; brother, Richard Lipich; father-in-law & best friend, Douglas "Pop Pop" Moffett; and granddaughter, Merrideth Anne Lipich-Souter. Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Joyce Lipich (nee Moffett); children, Denise (Allen) Mendenhall, Melissa (Ty Coudriet) Lipich, Theresa (Robert D.) Richwine, Christine (Raud) Hardy, and Nicholas Robert Lipich; siblings, John Lipich, Cynthia Lipich, and Edward Lipich; grandchildren, Cassandra Lynn Krivolavy, Ashli Rose Ackelson, Chastity Lynn-Marie Thompson, Tristan Gregory Lipich, Brooke Lynn Hardy, and Shyanne Kay Hardy; great-grandchildren, Peyton Emileigh Christensen, and Kobe James Lipich; soon-to-be great-grandbaby due in November, Colton Matthew Lively; and a host of other family members and friends.
Joe loved his family and looked forward to the cookouts and fishing. He enjoyed watching football, horse racing, and NASCAR. "Pick a Number," he would say to his family because he would play the lottery everyday.
When asked how he was doing, Joe's response was ALWAYS, "Never had a bad day in my life."
