George C. Allen age 85, of Fairborn, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018.
George was born February 14, 1933 in Breathitt County, Kentucky (one of 13 children in his family). He was the last of the children to pass.
He was married to Doris (Jacobs) Allen for 66 wonderful years. Together they traveled the country as over-the-road truckers logging 2.8 million safe driving miles. He was a faithful member of Victory Temple (formerly Fairborn Church of God) for 57 years.
George is survived by his wife Doris; son Jim (Barb) Allen; daughter Mary (Steve) Allen Lemaster; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6:30 pm at Dayspring Ministries, 3182 Rodenbeck Drive in Beavercreek.
