Donald E. Bowling

Donald "Don" E. Bowling, age 81, was reunited with his wife on April 24, 2020. He was born May 25, 1938 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Edgar and Eleanor Bowling.

Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. He proudly served his country from 1955-1975 in the United States Navy. Don enjoyed going out to eat with friends and family and catching up on his shows. Don was the life of the party, always joking and clowning around.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Leah "June" Bowling.

Don is survived by his son, Steve (Keita) Bowling; daughter, Beverly (Bert) Keinert; grandchildren, Celeste "Cis" Rice, Karyn Keinert, Jacob Bowling, and Christine Keinert; great-grandchildren, Stone Rice and Zaiden Bowling; as well as special friends.

Services will be held privately.

Don will be laid to rest next to his loving wife at Dayton National Cemetery.
