Bernon James Bryant

BRYANT, Bernon James, age 74, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Hazel Bryant and brother, Vernon Bryant. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sheila Bryant; children, Michael (Valencia) Bryant, John Bryant, Debbie Hochadel, Kelly (Keith) Todd, Michele Bobbitt, and Cathy (Rick) Larson; siblings, Wilburn (Rita) Bryant and Anna Christine Cly, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bernon served in the United States Air Force for 20 years and retired from GM after 20 years of service. He was a very special husband, father, and grandfather, deeply devoted to his family, whom will be dearly missed. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the funeral home.
