Kimberly M. Johnson

Kimberly M. Johnson, age 57, of Dayton, passed away September 21, 2023. She was born October 16, 1965 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Pollard and Ora Curry.

Kimberly is survived by her husband, Willie L. Johnson, Jr.; daughters: Danielle Lee Johnson (Kyreek) and Sydney Nicole Johnson; sisters: Karen Jackson (Ulysses) and Cynthia Alexander (Tony); brothers: Pollard Curry, III (Valerie) and Roger Curry (Melanie); many nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends, including a special cousin, Diane "Butchie" Turner and dear friend, Kimetta.

Kimberly graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Shey was employed with NCR and County Corp. Kimberly enjoyed volunteering her time, and watching Andy Griffith and Good Times with her daughters. Most of all, she loved her family and loved spending time with them.

Visitation will be held from 10:30-11:30 am on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 11:30 am. Burial to follow at Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
