Clyde E. Hill, Jr.

Clyde E. Hill, Jr., age 83, of Xenia, went to be with the Lord on July 2, 2023. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on August 5, 1939, the son of the late Clyde and Martha Hill.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Gene Hill and Patricia Buchanan.

Clyde is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Betty Hill; children, Colleen (Phil) Michaelson and Craig (Karen) Hill; grandchildren, Sean, Cara & Alec Michaelson, and Laura & Katie Minik; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Zane, Gage, Michael and Oliver; Step-sister, Karen (Brian) Bradley; and many other loving family and friends.

He proudly served his country by serving in the United States Air Force and the Army National Guard. He was a charter member, Treasurer and Deacon of New Beginnings Baptist Church in Xenia, for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed being involved with the Civil Air Patrol, refereeing soccer and was very supportive of his family over the years.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm, on Thursday, July 13th, 2023, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 14th, 2023, at 1:00pm, at New Beginnings Baptist Church, 1124 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Xenia. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church in his memory.
