Nancy Jane Moore, age 82 of Dayton, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 1, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Frank and Dorothy Talmage.
Nancy's passion was the theatre; she absolutely loved to watch plays, listening to music and dancing. She will be remembered for being the cool Gma as she loved her grandchildren dearly. No one will ever forget her blonde brownies, as her family often fought over them.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Frank Talmage, Jim Talmage and Gretchen Cline and great grandson, Maxwell Moore.
Nancy is survived by her children, Gary (Zita) Moore and Angelia (Joe) Rector; grandchildren, Jason (Julie), Ashley (Tony), Cody (Kelcey), Nick, Taylor and Halie (Vonne); great grandchildren, Marley, Mason, Johanna, Myra, Myles, Mia, Makai, Moses, Nola, Emma; sisters, Judy Bailey and Lois (Ronnie) Smith and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a service at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). To share a memory of Nancy or leave a special message for her family, please visit the guestbook below.
