Phyllis Tilton

Phyllis Tilton, age 74, of Dayton, passed away on June 18, 2023. She was born on March 3, 1949 in Kermit, West Virginia to the late James and Ruby Mollett.

She was loved by many and impacted the lives of everyone around her. She was a strong person with an unbending will. Phyllis was kind and was always there to offer help to anyone in need. She will be missed more than she will ever know.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Randolph; siblings: Gary, Joyce, Kay, and James; grandson, Dwayne Tilton Jr.; and great-granddaughter, Scarlet Bryan.

Her memory will be cherished by her sons: Dale Tilton III and Dwayne (Joetta) Tilton; her grandchildren: Eric, Lisa (Zach), Kim (Quentin), Christie, Samantha (Brandon), Cody (Daniel), Casey (James), Jasmine, Owen, Dale IV, Kaleb, and Leia; great-grandchildren: Brayden, Ella, Jase, Addison, Maxx, Rylee, Savanna, Sadie, and Wesley; siblings: Glenna, Ronnie, Bessie, and Brenda; father of her children, Dale Tilton Jr.; and many extended family and close friends.

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, June 26, 2023 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio, where the funeral service will begin at 7:00pm.

Phyllis will be taken to Kermit, West Virginia to be laid to rest with her husband at Mollett Cemetery on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
