Michael Vance

Michael "Buddy" Vance, age 68, of Huber Heights, passed away on January 5, 2023. He was born on February 28, 1954 to Jess and Kathleen Vance.

He was a graduate of Northridge High School, class of '72. He proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Navy. He retired from the U.S. Post Office after over 33 years of service. He was also the President of the Peewee Football and Peewee Baseball Associations, where he also coached.

Buddy was preceded in death by his father, Jess Vance; and his youngest son, Steve Vance.

He will be remembered by his sons: Kevin (Shanon) Vance and Brett Vance; his mother, Kathy Vance; his brother, Stan (Bev) Vance; grandchildren: Gage, Rileigh, Jada, and Liam; and many extended family and friends.

Family and Friends are welcome to gather from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio, where the Memorial Service will begin at 7:00pm.
