Gloria J. Oney, age 69, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on December 10, 2022.
She was born September 10, 1953 in Morganfield, Kentucky to the late Lowell Benjamin and Doris Jean (Mills) Bucher.
Gloria was a lifetime Christian and ministered to countless people across the country with her beautiful singing voice.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson Noble Smith.
Gloria is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years, Danny Oney; her son Kevin (Alisha) Oney; her daughter Christina (Chris) Smith; her beloved grandchildren Ethan, Chloe, Hannah, Brodi, Charlie, Cash and Harper; her brothers Mike (Deann) Bucher; Phil (Susan) Bucher along with numerous other loved ones and her church family.
In her free time Gloria enjoyed going to church, studying the Bible, spending time with her family, traveling, singing, fishing, reading, crossword puzzles, playing cards with family and being wrapped up in her blankets.
She will always be remembered for her laugh and the love she had for her family.
A Celebration of Gloria's Life will be held on Saturday January 21st at 2:00 p.m. at Church of God of Prophecy 3714 Tytus Ave. Middletown, Ohio 45042.
