Lisa L. Dewitt

Lisa L. DeWitt nee' Cooper, 54, of Kettering, Ohio passed away on August 15, 2022, at Kettering Hospital. She was born on November 30, 1967 in Kentucky the Daughter of Glen D. Cooper and Sharon nee' Oldfield.

She is preceded in death by her dad, Glen Cooper; her sister, Margaret Cooper and her brother, Ben Cooper.

Lisa is survived by her partner in life Greg, her mother; her 4 children, Margaret (Jerry), Brian, James (Ashley), Jessica (Ashton) and her 8 grandchildren, Lily, Keith, Haiden, Riley, Brian, Damian, Breanna, and Bailey. Lisa is also survived by her half-sister and numerous family and friends.

Lisa enjoyed reading; she loved animals especially elephants, and loved feeding 'her birds' and 'her squirrels' which she did daily. She was loving, very outspoken and ornery, but she would try her best to help anyone! She loved to go shopping and run errands with her good friend/neighbor, Susan Davis. The most important thing to Lisa was her family, she liked to get together for the holiday's especially Thanksgiving because of all the food. Lisa is loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.

The family hopes those who would like to honor Lisa will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. In lieu of a public funeral service, individual families are encouraged to have their own private memorial.
