Linda "Sue" Stone

Linda "Sue" Stone, age 70, of Dayton, passed away on January 19, 2022. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on June 18, 1951, the daughter of the late Earl and Dorothy Edmonds.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Lacie Johnson.

Sue is survived by her loving children, William "Bill" (Karen) Stone, LeeAnne (Scott) Buchanan and Christopher Stone; grandchildren, Chasity (Casey) Lake, Courtney (Jordan) Guillozet, Greg Buchanan, William Stone, Jr., Jordan (Sam) Stone, Stephen Stone-Parsons, Cheyenne Buchanan and Gracie Johnson; great grandchildren, Owen, Carter, Noah and Cora; brother, Jerry (Linda) Edmonds; and many other loving family and friends.

Linda retired from Kroger, after many years of employment. She was a member of the UCFW Local 75 Union for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed going to the casino, playing the lottery and attending her family beach vacations. Sue adored her family and devoted her life to them. The time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren meant the world. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm-1:00pm, on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., where Funeral Services will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
