Jean Ranae Spencer

Jean Ranae Spencer, age 68, of Springfield, passed away on December 26, 2021. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on November 30, 1953, the daughter of the late Thomas and Shirley Glascoe.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Katonda Moore, Cathy Gremminger, Brenda Glascoe and Tombo Glascoe.
Jean is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Bill Spencer; her children, Rachel (Kevin) Steele, Anthony (Jennifer) Glascoe, Richard (Candace) Fisher, Nicole (Aaron) Weaver and Shaun (Angie) Spencer; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Peck Glascoe; niece, Bobbie Jo (Dave) Steele; her fur baby, "Doodles"; and many other loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In her free time, she enjoyed camping with her family and working on craft projects. Jean was a very strong, hard working woman, who devoted her life to her family. She was greatly loved by everyone and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held from 12:00pm-1:00pm, on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where Funeral Services will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
