Richard "Dick" Jones, age 85, of Dayton, passed away November 28, 2021.
He was born June 22, 1936 in Waynesville, Ohio to the late Isaac Leroy and Flossie Elaine (Jordan) Jones. In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Jones, 2 sons, Kenny Jones and John Jones, his sisters Eleanor Webb, Mildred "Middy" Minnish, and brothers, Carl Jones, Jack Jones and George Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Renny Jones; children, Lou Ann Jones, Edward (Charlotte) Jones, Rodney (Linda) Jones; step-daughter Renee (Frank) Clement; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. Dick is also survived by his brothers, Lloyd Jones, Clifford Jones, Roy Jones, and Dan Jones along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of others.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
