Lillian H. Grant, age 88 of Xenia, Ohio passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on November 20, 2021. She was born February 26, 1933 in Garrett, Kentucky daughter of the late Ermon and Luna Howard.
Lillian was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a devoted member of Faith Community United Methodist Church in Xenia for many years. She was the first female President of the National Association of Purchasing Management Dayton Inc. She retired from Neff Folding Box after 30 plus years. Lillian loved traveling, reading, crocheting, and sewing. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Lillian is survived by her children, Charlotte A. Lee, Sandra "Sue" (Mark) Hackenwerth, Deborah Kay (Pat) Doherty, and Roy (Zoe) Burchwell; grandchildren, James B. (Kim) Reherman, Michael E. Reherman, Dustin P. Doherty, Amber N. Doherty, and Emily L. Burchwell; great grandchildren, Tyler Reherman, Olyvia Reherman, Wyatt Reherman, Theodore Doherty, Phinneas Doherty, Cattlaya Doherty, and Daisy Doherty; great great grandchildren, Amilia Reherman, Briella Reherman, and Atlas Davis; sister, Vivian (Jerry) Allen; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 12pm to 2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Ohio, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Memorial Service will begin at 2pm at the Funeral Home.
