Michael F. Burley, age 67 of Xenia, OH, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021, in Xenia. He was born May 29, 1954 in Dayton, OH to the late Ralph and Virginia (Townsend) Burley Sr.
Left to cherish Michael's memory are his daughter, Jennifer (Justin Von Dohre) Burley; grandson, Joey Von Dohre; and several other relatives and friends.
Michael spent his career in the electrical field, working alongside his good friend, Tony Pombo. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Michael was an avid bowler for many years, and was a member of the United States Bowling Congress. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandson, to whom he was "Grampy".
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother Ralph Burley Jr.
The family will receive friends Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek) where a funeral service celebrating Michael's life will follow at 2:00 p.m.
Donations in Michael's memory may be made to Michael's family to assist with funeral expenses.
