Patrick E. Spurlock

Patrick E. Spurlock, age 69 of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 28, 2021. He was born on December 3, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Estel and Della Spurlock. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two sisters, Pina Faye and Linda (Larry) Furlong.

Pat is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Cheryl Spurlock; three children, Bobby Spurlock, Ricky (Tess) Spurlock, and Lisa (Joshua) Studebaker; eleven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; five siblings, Mendle (Irene) Spurlock, Bobby Spurlock, Kay (Roe) Eldridge, Gary (Dorthea) Spurlock and Patricia (Paul) Margraff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was devoted to the Lord. Pat was a Sunday School Teacher at Carpenter's House Baptist Church and a big help to the Pastor. He was a heavy equipment operator for 37 years with Martin Marietta and absolutely loved to go fishing with his grandchildren and friends. Pat was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am -12:00 pm on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Carpenter's House Baptist Church located at 93 Worthington Dr, Germantown, OH 45327. Funeral Service will be officiated by Pastor Mike Williams following the visitation at 12:00 pm. Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens.
