Ms. D. Brown

Sharon Denise (Franklin) Brown was born April 28, 1958 to the late Bennie Lee Franklin and Vivian Brown Franklin of Sumter, SC.

She entered eternal peace on September 16, 2021, at Miami Valley Hospital of Dayton, OH. Sharon will be remembered as a servant-leader whose indelible touch reached the lives of many across South Carolina dn Ohio communities.

A loyal and cherished member of the Dayton Apostolic Lighthouse Church, Ms. Sharon's most precious things were faith and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bennie L. Franklin and brother, Charles A. Franklin.

She leaves to cherish her memories: mother, Vivian B. Franklin; three children, Troy (Tasha) Franklin, Tory (Aminah) Brown, and Amber (Delven) Porter all of Ohio; one God-daughter, Towana Taylor; eight grandchildren, Trey, T'Nea, Travis, Jordan, Trinity, Tayler, Madison,Micah, and one great- granddaughter, Paris.

Sharon is survived by three siblings, Bennie J. Franklin, Samuel Q. (Cynthia) Franklin, and Vivian Bankston-Franklin; three aunts, Elizabeth Andrews, Annette Franklin, and Rosa Gibson. Hr love of faith and family includes a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 2221 Harshman Road, Dayton Ohio. The family will receive friends from 10am to 12pm for a memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, the family hopes those who would like to honor Sharon would make contributions to the Apostolic Lighthouse Church School Project.
