Joshua Lee Morgan, age 35 of Dayton, passed away May 1, 2021. He was born November 9, 1985 in Dayton, Ohio to Lee and Cheryl Morgan. Josh was preceded in death by his grandparents: Orville Leo Morgan, Sr., Mary Helen Morgan, Donald Eugene Poffenberger and Norma Jane Taubert; uncle, Ernie Von Lawson; and cousins: James Dominic Poffenberger and Ira F. Morgan, Jr.
In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by his wife, Ashley Morgan; children: Mayzie and Millie Morgan; brother, Charles Kimmerly (Kylea); sister, Nina Vuong (David); nephews: Curtis Kimmerly and Xavier Vuong; niece, Mickenzie Vuong; many other relatives and friends.
Josh worked at Andrew's Services, with his best friends: Matt and Katie. He was very outgoing, loved extreme sports and boating at Cumberland Lake. Josh never met a stranger and was always helping anyone in need. More than anything, Josh loved spending time with his daughters.
Visitation will take place from 4:00-6:30 pm on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the Way of the Cross Church, 612 Beatrice Drive, Dayton, where a Memorial Service will begin at 6:30 pm. Contributions may be made in Josh's memory to the church or to the family. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road.
