William L. "Bill" "Phil" "Fel" Francis

William L. "Bill" "Phil" "Fel" Francis, age 73 of Huber Heights, passed away April 19, 2021. He was born December 17, 1947 in Floyd County, Kentucky. Phil was preceded in death by his grandparents: Lawrence and Effie Maggard; mother, Greta Graham; and father, Dennis Francis.

Phil is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Kandee and Andrew Tinkham; grandchildren: Alli and Drew; brother, Dennis Francis (Margie); sister, Edith Gaughn; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Phil was a 1965 graduate of Fairview High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He coached youth and adult baseball and softball; enjoyed golf; was an avid reader; and was very fond of dad jokes. He worked at McCalls, Federal Mogul and F & P America.
