Andrew Norman "Andy" Heil, age 57 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born September 26, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Donald and Beverly Heil.
Andy was a graduate of Carroll High School class of 1981 and the University of Dayton. He was a devout member of the St. Helen Parish.
Andy was a dedicated member of the Kettering Relay for Life and PanOhio Hope Ride benefiting the American Cancer Society. As an individual he raised over $30,000 and his teams raised over $74,000. He loved the Dayton Flyers, the Cincinnati Bengals, and the Cincinnati Reds. He was proud that he had the opportunity to coach his children in the sports they played. Andy had a "never give up" attitude and always wanted to "beat this damn disease".
He is preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Victor Berberich.
Andy is survived by his wife of 30 years, Melissa; children, Benjamin (Kelly) Heil, Matthew Heil, Jacob Heil & Lauren Heil; 1 grandbaby Heil on the way; his father; siblings, Mike (Laura), Terry (John), Steve (Kathy), Susan & Amy (Jim); and numerous nieces, nephews & friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday March 24, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday March 25, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Helen Parish (605 Granville Pl, Dayton, OH 45431) with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
