Donald Ray Elkins

Donald "Donnie" Ray Elkins, age 67, of Huber Heights, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2021 at his home. He was born June 15, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Finas and Geraldine Elkins.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Gery Elkins and Danny Elkins.

Donnie is survived by his loving wife, Pamela; daughter, Michelle Elkins; son, Joel Elkins; grandchildren, Tyler and Wyatt Elkins; two sisters, Jeannie (Randy) Phillips and Peggy Coleman; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Donnie greatest passion was music and began his music career at the age of 14. He toured across America playing music with various country artists. Donnie was a gregarious, loving man with a wonderful sense of humor. He will dearly missed by his family, friends and musical community.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 3:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road. Burial will take place at a later date at Shiloh Park Cemetery.

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
