She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Wanda Wyatt; paternal grandparents, Grant (Thelma) and Ruth Smith; and uncle, Kevin Smith.
Tina is survived by her children Jesse Mahaney (Stephanie Jones), Amanda Mahaney; mother, Opal (Jeff) Phillips; father, Steven (Susan) Smith; sister, Dana (James) Combs; soul sister, Judy Payne; grandchildren, Ryder and Cory; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; as well as her furbaby and beloved dog, Cassidy.
